Vice President Retail Operations

Location: Eau Claire, WI or Minneapolis MN Metro

Position Profile

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, agile and passionate Vice President of Retail Operations to lead the retail business as they work to accelerate membership growth and retention, deepen member relationships and improve member experience goals. This role will lead a team of 3 direct reports and have responsibility for all retail business team members across the organization. Reporting directly to the EVP, Member Experiences, the incumbent is responsible for strategic planning, management, and execution of the retail business while ensuring consistency and process integrity across all retail office locations.   Key success factors include:  retail deposit growth, profitable retail branch performance, increased market share in physical branch locations, improvement/maintenance of team member engagement, and achievement of annual goals and business plans.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate will have proven success in the retail operations business sector with a strong business acumen, solid organizational and planning skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to share information, vision and strategy at all levels of the organization.  A minimum of three years of supervisory experience with an employee development mindset is essential. The ability to structure and process quantitative data and utilize it for higher order decision making and strategic recommendations is key to future success in the organization.  Preferred but not required skills include:  a Bachelor’s Degree, 10 years of work experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, project management skills and experience and strategic leadership.

The position will require 40 – 50% travel per month throughout the firm's footprint.
